Amy has been at Westerly since she was 2 weeks old. She has fond memories of Pastor Ed Morgan, our first pastor, as well as numerous college students who would come to the Williams’ home for dinner. She enjoys seeing many of them as they visit WRC as our supported missionaries or during reunions. She even remembers Pastor Matt as a college student with long hair! Yes, that was a long time ago...Once on staff as the first Director of Missions and later as an Organizational Consultant, Amy now rejoins the staff to meet the office and church needs through administration. A key component of the job is promoting communications between the office staff, the many ministries of the church and the congregation. She has an undergraduate degree in Education from Messiah College, a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Philadelphia Biblical University, and is a certified mediator through Teacher’s College, Columbia University. She’s had the privilege of teaching Conflict Resolution in multiple contexts from United Nations employees at New York Headquarters to Campus Crusade for Christ staff in Mongolia to our own Westerly staff! Her most recent position was as Director of National Services for Campus Crusade for Christ International in Mongolia where she oversaw service ministries such as Human Resources, Operations and IT. Amy enjoys being back in the Princeton area to be closer to family and involved at Westerly.
